@Clockrelativity Don’t know. I would speculate that if they cut the shenanigans she will be satisfied, unless she sees pursuing it further it as a way to protect other artists and actors etc.

Still, I wonder if ScarJo will pursue further legal action, since OAI complied with the target letter?

@Clockrelativity Per Midler v Ford and their obvious intent, as crystallized e.g., by Sam’s “her” tweet, they would still be in deep trouble.

Court ruled clearly that you can’t just find a sound-alike.
