@AmeenaHameed @marwilliamson @JDVance No, I’m pointing out the flaw in her logic. That simply “playing an important role in a child’s life” - across that entire spectrum of possibilities- is not akin to that of parent/child bond.

It’s just not.

Regarding @JDVance and his comments questioning whether childless people are fit to lead the country…

I was lucky enough to become a mother. My daughter was fortunate enough to have godparents - all of whom were then childless themselves - whose maternal and paternal instincts…
