@GaryMarcus @olivia_p_walker Conversations in business settings are more akin to to what transpired between Musk and Trump than the academic conversations that are the norm among professors. It was an excellent conversation if your goal is to understand where each man is coming from....

There is a STAGGERING difference between the reports on Trump-Musk here (enthusiastic!) and on Reddit (absolutely scathing).

Makes you wonder if people even listened to the same conversation.
