@marwilliamson I totally understand that. It’s just becoming blatantly obvious that so many people will do everything to read between the lines looking for things that aren’t there, rather than put that same amount of effort into getting the actual point.

@sarah_luna_1111 I could have articulated myself better; I realize that my language was a bit sloppy. People projected onto me wildly, but at the same time my phrasing left things open to that.

@marwilliamson IMO this is bending the knee to the people that use screaming “racism” as a way to bully others into being afraid to speak up.

Facts don’t care about feelings, and we need to be able to address them even at the risk of offending the ones trying to suppress them.
