Much more true in recent years than it used to be.

@GaryMarcus I'm very sorry to see this is happening. I think you express yourself very carefully and people just create strawman arguments they can easily dismiss. The exact same thing has happened (is still happening) to me, on different matters.

1. I predicted specifically that pretraining scaling would run out and that we would need new innovations. it did and we have and still do. I
