@GaryMarcus You're saying it doesn't suggest confidence. I'm saying that even if you're supremely confident, still better to roll it out with caution.

@olivercameron i think they SHOULD roll it out gradually, but the fact that they rolled out in this restricted a fashion hardly suggests confidence.

if they had internal data that the systems were sounder it wouldn’t have been just ten cars with lots of limits on roads and left turns etc.

@GaryMarcus People have hated on Tesla forever saying they're rolling FSD out way too fast, and that it has to be gradual.

Now they're rolling it out gradually, and of course people find a way to hate on them for that 🤦
