really surprised by some of the cope replying to the above; yes Elon cofounded OpenAI with a dozen others folks but he was long gone by the time they developed their core technology, and what he is doing now is derivative on stuff developed after he left.

@GaryMarcus You鈥檙e an ignorant idiot. He co-founded OpenAI and it was his original idea to compete with Google because his used to befriend Larry was not willing to slow down AI progress and trying to make it right. What a 馃ぁ

*his* company is basically a copy of OpenAI and Anthropic, more chatbots trained on internet-scale data with giant clusters.

Bezos鈥檚 company is different, focused on domain-specific engineering problems. Makes a lot more sense to me, tbh.
