really surprised by some of the cope replying to the above; yes Elon cofounded OpenAI with a dozen others folks but he was long gone by the time they developed their core technology, and what he is doing now is derivative on stuff developed after he left.

But back to the robotics stuff: It makes a ton of sense for Bezos to start such a company, considering Amazon has been using robots in its warehouses for years. His new venture would advance robotics further, helping

*his* company is basically a copy of OpenAI and Anthropic, more chatbots trained on internet-scale data with giant clusters.

Bezos鈥檚 company is different, focused on domain-specific engineering problems. Makes a lot more sense to me, tbh.
