@theblackvault @DeptofWar This level of censorship is absurd and cannot be justified as necessary for national security. Indeed, nobody has even tried to justify it.

@theblackvault It could be one of them. The reason I think it's not is because it's an internal @DeptofWar document, which would raise the question of why they couldn't rule out US tech. But I agree it could be given the level of compartmentalization.
