@shellenberger @DeptofWar It would even actually behoove them to NOT redact it, if that was one of the ones blacked out.

Speculating here, but the U.S. government has LONG maintained that UFOs were secret aviation programs, and classified spy programs, etc. of their own design.

@theblackvault It could be one of them. The reason I think it's not is because it's an internal @DeptofWar document, which would raise the question of why they couldn't rule out US tech. But I agree it could be given the level of compartmentalization.
