The Fourth Amendment does not, in fact, allow the government to arrest a person upon “reasonable suspicion.”

Where are the GOP constitutionalists? Fascism is the opposite of true American conservatism. Every Republican should be outraged by MAGA, Inc.’s assault on Americanism.
