@GaryMarcus I think it will be a long time until we understand all the facts correctly. Until then I'd be very careful with confident pronouncements.

So basically, if I have understood all the facts correctly, Thomas Crooks was trying to impress his right wing gun-collector dad and the rifle club that didn’t accept him, and yet the *left*, which had zero to with any of this, got immediately blamed, without any evidence.
